The BlackSwann Band fuses soul, jazz, and R&B into a rich live experience, drawing inspiration from artists like Robert Glasper, Adam Blackstone, Mint Condition, and Jill Scott. Known for smooth vocals, tight grooves, and genre-bending arrangements, they deliver nostalgic vibes with a modern edge. Whether on a small stage or a major festival, BlackSwann brings stories, soul, and serious musicianship to every performance.

Formed in 2021 by a tight-knit group of musicians rooted in gospel, jazz, and funk, BlackSwann quickly earned a reputation for sonic experiences that are as immersive as they are electrifying. Their sound blends the live-show precision and musical direction of Blackstone with the romantic, Minneapolis-tinged funkiness of Mint Condition.

The band has performed on nearly every major stage in The Bahamas—including special Independence events at Government House, Soulful Sundays, local festivals and regattas, and most recently, Jon Batiste’s Jazz Club at Baha Mar Resort. They also curate, host, and headline their own events, which have become must-attend gatherings for audiences craving authenticity, musicianship, and a vibe that’s equal parts soulful and forward-thinking.
